    Ordered with 5 birthstones, it came with only 4. Messaged customer service about that. They first offer ends 10% refund but it was a gift and couldn't give it with only 5. Let them know that and they redid the necklace. Got it before Christmas too. Recipient was very happy and loved the necklace
