The only thing I am having issue with. I have asked a few times if I can reorder just the charm. I messed up and spelled one name wrong. I dont need the full necklace, just the charm. All I get back is saying I can send the necklace back, there would be a 30% charge etc. That has not been my question nor do I want to mail necklace back. Its beautiful, I just messed up.
