The first time my husband used it one of the name bars came off it. Thank God it was in his pocket!!! I would not recommend this to anyone. Not made very well. I did order the necklace similar to this and love it so far!!

This was exactly what the doctor ordered and she was very pleased with it. My only concern is that for a keychain the item needs to be more robust. If she hangs this on a necklace, it will be fine, but the keychain takes more pounding, and I fear for their longetivity.
