While I recommend the product, I don't recommend My Neclace.com. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They guaranteed delivery by Christmas and I got it a week later - multiple emails still remain unanswered as this was the only way to reach them. Post Office delivered the day before Christmas to the wrong address - not My Necklace.com's fault as the address was correct but so much for the guarantee and any effort to contact me and do the right thing.
