I am happy to have such a meaningful necklace that I bought at this site. It is stylish, it's beautiful but it was not a perfect quality. After receiving my necklace, I found out that connecting rings between a chain and a pendant were open. It needed to be fixed. I wrote a letter to customer service and they suggest two options to me - to fix connecting rings and get a refund or to send my necklace back for fixing. I preferred first option. The customer service is very helpful. I'd give them 5*. But my overall satisfaction with this purchase is 4* since I did not get completed item at first time and needed to spent more time to make it done. I could add that I did not like the lock on the chain. It was springring lock, I'd like to have a lobster claw but there is no such an option. The necklace looks good but it is too tiny and I am always afraid to break it accidentally.
