COVID 19 Delivery Policy
Our online site and jewellery workshop are working as usual.
We're taking all the health & safety precautions needed and are not expecting any delays in production and delivery at the moment.
Even so, there may be COVID-19 delays we're not able to foresee.
When choosing your delivery method, we recommend considering Express shipping for faster delivery straight to your door.
Address Information
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete delivery address.
If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status
of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.
Estimated Delivery
The estimated delivery date is based on the selected delivery method. Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing
time frame.
With additional safety precautions around COVID-19 we are fulfilling all orders in a timely manner with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Some deliveries may be delayed and we appreciate your patience during this time.
