At MYKA we strive to make every piece of personalised jewellery as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction. To get in touch concerning a return or cancellation, please email us here.
Return Policy
New, unworn items can be returned to MYKA within 100 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to customer service.
Please note that because all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalised items.
- If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives.
- Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
- Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
MYKA reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
