We’ll repair or replace your jewelry if it experiences any of the following within 2 years of purchase:- Issues caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws
- Broken jewelry clasps, chains, or other settings
- Loose or missing stones (not caused by impact)
- Engraving errors (as per your original order)
What’s Not Covered:
While we do our best to protect your jewelry, the following are not covered:- Wear and tear, scratches
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorized repairs
- Damage from water or chemicals due to improper care
