That’s why every piece of MYKA jewelry—whether it’s silver, gold-plated, vermeil, solid gold, or diamond—is covered by our 2-Year Warranty. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

What’s Covered:

We’ll repair or replace your jewelry if it experiences any of the following within 2 years of purchase:
  • Issues caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws
  • Broken jewelry clasps, chains, or other settings
  • Loose or missing stones (not caused by impact)
  • Engraving errors (as per your original order)

What’s Not Covered:

While we do our best to protect your jewelry, the following are not covered:
  • Wear and tear, scratches
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Damage from water or chemicals due to improper care
