Delivery took longer than expected. I thought this was an Irish business but the product came from Israel. The box was a little tatty and the card was grubby and unuseable. But the pendant was beautiful. It was very very nice and a lovely quality.

While my mother loved her family tree disc when we gave it to her for Christmas, I was very disappointed when she told me that the ring holding the disc & charms onto the chain broke this weekend. Luckily it happened at home so she didn't lose the charms or the disc. I now have to bring it to a jewelers to have a new ring put onto the chain to hold the charms and disc in place. A lovely keepsake but the ring holding the charms and disc could have been a lot more secure.
