It’s a beautiful product but the instructions are not clear - I only wanted TWO pendants with inscriptions - now I have three and the bottom one is blank. I can not simply remove the third one because then the second prenant has a hole in it!! I need a new pendant with my inscription on it so I can attach that to the necklace but NOONE is contacting me for weeks now I’ve tried 😣😔
