I'm excited about the product. Seems to be good quality , but I have 2 issues that you should correct. 1) I've been working on getting a knot out of the too of the chain for 30 minutes. Not successful yet. 2) it was placed in box backwards? I think? But I don't read Japanese, so don't know which way to tell them to wear it.

The name on the necklace is Emily. Qe are somewhat disaapointed as it came out so plain. It was not as elaborate and decorative. as the example necklace. Wish we could have seen how it looked before and we would have ordered her entire name, EmilyRubin, which would have been more elaborate and decorative.
