If you ordered the wrong chain length, a new chain can be purchased. Customer Care will be more than happy to provide you the information on how to order a new chain.
Ring Size Incorrect
If you find that your ring size is incorrect, we will gladly offer a resizing up to one size for free! Please contact customer care and send us your ring back for a resize.

Warranty Conditions
All Silver, Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated items are automatically covered with a 6 month period. Any damage during this time will be covered. Gold and Diamond items have a warranty of 1 year, which can be purchased when you select your item. Any damage that occurs during this year will be covered.
